Crystal Settlement Services, LLC, our wholly-owned and fully-licensed title insurance agency, performs real estate closings and related settlement services for both residential and commercial properties.

These transactions include selling, purchasing, financing and leasing of commercial real estate; commercial and residential development projects; and residential transactions, including sale and purchase agreements, refinances and closings on residential properties.

Additionally, we have extensive experience in tax deferred exchanges of real estate and also represent clients involved in Landlord/Tenant matters.
