Peter A. Spangler, Esquire

Mr. Spangler is a member of the firm's Corporate and Business Representation Group and Real Estate Group, and focuses his practice in the areas of general business transaction, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.

Peter A. Spangler is a member of the Corporate and Business Representation Group at Morella & Associates. Mr. Spangler works closely with businesses and business owners to provide them practical and effective solutions to the many legal issues they face.  Mr. Spangler has broad experience representing corporate clients, ranging from entity selection and formation to negotiating asset purchase agreements and stock sales.  Mr. Spangler’s Corporate & Business practice also includes the negotiation and drafting of employment agreements, restrictive covenants, commercial leases, and other general corporate transactions.

 

Mr. Spangler also practices in Morella & Associates’ Real Estate Group, with a particular focus on the representation of homeowners during property tax assessment appeals.  Mr. Spangler is also versed in the purchase and sale of both commercial and residential real estate.

 

Mr. Spangler is a 2006 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D.), and a 2001 graduate of Franklin & Marshall College (B.A. cum laude, American Studies).  After law school, Mr. Spangler accepted an Adjunct Lecturer position at the University of Pittsburgh College of Arts and Sciences, where he taught Writing for the Legal Professions.
