Christopher A. Reinard, is a member of the Corporate and Business Representation Group at Morella & Associates, Mr. Reinard concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and commercial transactions, focusing on tax planning, corporate finance and capitalization, entity formation and business succession. He also assists clients with real estate transactions, employment matters and tax controversies.

Mr. Reinard is a member of the Allegheny, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.  He is involved with Pittsburgh Venture Capital and Pittsburgh Technology Council.  Mr. Reinard serves on the Boards of Directors of Urban Youth Action, Inc and Riverside Center for Innovation. He is also serves on the sponsorship committee for the Three Rivers Venture Fair. Recently Mr. Reinard was elected to serve as the Program Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Business Law Section.

Mr. Reinard is a 2007 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D.) and a 2001 graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill (B.A., Political Science). While in law school Mr. Reinard received the CALI Excellence for the Future Aware in Pennsylvania Practice and the Ronald D. Ecker Memorial Award for excellence in client counseling. He has previously served as a Janet D. Steiger Fellow in the Office of the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection and as a legislative aide in the United States Senate.
