Sherry W. Murray, of counsel
to Morella & Associates, is a 1979 graduate of the Brandeis School of Law at the University of
Louisville, (J.D.,) where she was an Associate Editor of the Journal of Family Law and a 1972 graduate
of Denison University, (B.A., English and Psychology.) Ms. Murray is of counsel to Morella & Associates
where she specializes in employment law and human resources consultation including Title VII of the
Civil Rights Act, (focusing on harassment/discrimination with respect to age, gender, race, ethnicity
and religion,) the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor
Standards Act, the Older Workers Benefits Protection Act, the National Labor Relations Act as well
as employee contracts, performance management and compensation, and retention and force reduction
processes. Ms. Murray has represented both plaintiffs and employers in hearings with the PHRC and
EEOC, and has successfully negotiated labor agreements with the USWA, the UAW, the IUE and the IAM.
