Donald M. Lewinski, Esquire

Mr. Lewinski is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.
In this capacity he has represented parties in both federal
and state courts.

Mr. Lewinski represents all types of businesses and individuals in both federal and state courts, including both mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Lewinski provides practical counsel in a wide variety of commercial litigation and corporate matters. He has represented parties from all sides in contract, commerce, business torts, company veil piercing, shareholder, employment, UCC, and other business related disputes.

Mr. Lewinski is licensed to practice law in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York, and is a member of the bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, and Erie County Bar Association (NY).

Mr. Lewinski is 2009 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law (J.D., cum laude) and a 2005 (M.B.A., human resources) and 2003 (B.A., political science) graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. While in law school, Mr. Lewinski received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Research and Writing and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Antitrust. Mr. Lewinski also served as Executive Editor for the Duquesne Business Law Journal.
