Donald M. Lewinski, Esquire

Mr. Lewinski is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.
In this capacity he has represented parties in both federal
and state courts.

Mr. Lewinski provides practical counsel in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters. He has represented parties in contract, commerce, business torts, company veil piercing and other business related disputes.

Mr. Lewinski is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the bar of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Mr. Lewinski is 2009 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law (J.D., cum laude) and a 2003 (M.B.A., Human Resources) and 2001 (B.A., Political Science) graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. While in law school, Mr. Lewinski received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Research and Writing and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Antitrust. Mr. Lewinski also served as Executive Editor for the Duquesne University School of Law Business Law Journal.
