Michael E. Lamb, Esquire

Michael E. Lamb is a member of the Corporate and Business Representation Group at Morella & Associates.

Mr. Lamb focuses his practice in the areas of business transactions, corporate law, entity formation, and business and succession planning. He represents closely-held businesses in drafting and negotiating transactions and agreements as well as advising in all aspects of their daily operations. Mr. Lamb also has experience in formation and representation of non-profit organizations.

Mr. Lamb is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Mr. Lamb is 2009 graduate of New England Law│Boston (J.D.) and a 2006 graduate of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania (Bachelor of Science).
