Robert A. Krebs, of counsel
to Morella & Associates, is a 1984 graduate of Capital University Law School, (J.D., Articles
Editor, Capital Law Review,) and a 1981 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, (B.A. in Pre-law,)
concentrates his practice in the area of litigation. Mr. Krebs brings over twenty years experience
in trial and appellate practice in State and Federal Court in the areas of commercial law, administrative
law, labor law, negligence, personal injury, and RICO. Mr. Krebs represents individuals and corporations
in a wide range of matters including business disputes, professional negligence, and personal injury
cases. Mr. Krebs is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the District of
Columbia, and before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Krebs is a former member of the Pennsylvania
Trial Lawyers Association (PaTLA,) and represented the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association as
a friend of the Court in a number of cases. Mr. Krebs served as Chair of the Appellate Practice Committee
of the Allegheny County Bar Association and is a frequent lecturer in the area of appellate practice.
In, 2003, Mr. Krebs was appointed to the Judicial transition team of Pennsylvania Governor Edward
G. Rendell. He served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers
Association (WPaTLA) for over ten years and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania
Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association and the D.C. Bar. Mr. Krebs currently serves
as a Commissioner on the Pennsylvania Worker’s Compensation Appeal Board.
