Thomas R. Joseph, a member of the Corporate and Business Representation group in the law firm of Morella & Associates, A Professional Corporation, is a 1994 graduate of the Duquesne School of Law (J.D.) and a 1989 graduate of University of Pittsburgh, (Bachelor of Science). Mr. Joseph’s legal experience includes mergers and acquisitions; raising capital from venture capital, private equity, and traditional lender sources, corporate litigation strategy, contract development and negotiation, entity formation, succession planning, human resources, and taxation strategy. Mr. Joseph has spent the majority of his career in executive roles for a multitude of companies. His background of legal as well as operational experience gives Mr. Joseph a unique perspective to the advice given to our clients. His primary focus for our law firm is to help companies and their owners deal with the myriad of complex legal issues associated with starting, growing, sustaining, or surviving as a business.
