James E. Deasy, Esquire

Mr. Deasy is a member of the firm's Estate and Tax Group, and concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration and tax planning as well as dispute and resolution for individuals concerning both Federal and State tax issues.

James E. Deasy is a member of the Estate and Tax Group at Morella & Associates.  Mr. Deasy represents individuals and closely-held businesses in business planning and transactional matters including entity formation, succession planning, and general business transactions.

 

Mr. Deasy also has extensive experience in the preparation of fiduciary income tax returns, gift tax returns, federal estate tax returns, and Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns. 

 

Mr. Deasy is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.

 

Mr. Deasy is a 1998 graduate of University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D.) and a 1992 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (B.A. in Economics and Political Science).
